We are looking for a highly motivated person who will become the custodian of building the sales team from 5X to 500X at Oneistox. We are looking for Senior Sales Manager with given below qualities:

• Exp: 5+ years (Preferably Ed-tech background); The Senior Sales Manager of Inside
• Sales will be responsible for driving sales efforts worldwide with a focus on improving
• productivity, promoting industry best practices, driving sales bookings growth, and managing a growing team of Inside Sales Reps.
• You'll set the standard for the team and keep raising it. Take your expertise and ability to make the team perform at their best. Have an impact as you drive performance at scale while staying close to the action.
• Following an extensive and regular review of the sales team's real work, this role will spend most of their day leveraging your experience in B2C edtech sales expertise to drive team improvements

Doing detailed win/loss analysis to coach and improve sales coaching:

• Motivate and create a highly productive sales team.
• Use product information and playbooks to develop and refine high-quality content (conversation plans, email templates, discovery questions, etc.)
• Developing system-level insights and documenting data-driven important actions that drive programmatic improvements across the platform
• Writing high impact sales scripts to improve how the selling is done
• You may also spend some time maintaining a sharp edge by directly engaging in sales discussions with customers.
• Leadership qualities of being a great Recruiter, a great sales Trainer and an Inspiring & Motivating Leader.
• Experience should include 5 years of inside sales experience with the ed-tech or B2C sector.
• Must have experience running a sales funnel from marketing to lead to close.
• Excellent leadership, energy, judgement, communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills required Passionate about growing and building a business to its full potential.
• Should have market intelligence in the field of Higher-Ed Should have worked with cross functional teams to find reference accounts and ambassadors to champion sales to closure.
