Job Role: Sales Manager - RA - LAS & EL

Job Purpose

Manage a given city/area/region for the LAS business primarily and also & EL business where required. Job includes management of Sales as well as cross sell of products.

Job Responsibilities	Actionable
Achievement of Sales Target	Achieve the sales targets as well as acquire New to Bank Customers Identify potential areas and base of customers for business Liase & drive core business through Branch, Private Banking, DSA and other Retail Asset channels
Cross Sell Products	Engage with customers and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products
Team Management	Constant motivation of HBL / Sales Officer Sourcing channels through efficient trouble-shooting, trainings Ensure team achieves productivity levels.
Quality Parameters	Lead Management, ensure timely updation& high conversion ratios Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within the TAT prescribed Maintain quality of documentation with reduction in errors4
