Job Role : Sales CRM Manager
What you will be working on:

On this mission, we are backed by the world's top accelerator program Y-Combinator. Oneistox is looking for a Sales CRM Manager who can proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and maintaining and Tracking Sales Data, preparing reports for internal and external find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster. Ultimately, their job is to increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software..
What you will be working on:
- Setting up automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor.
- Act as a link between the Sales and Marketing team for smooth functioning of both departments.
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns.
- Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organisation for all CRM initiatives.
You'd fit in if you :
- 1 Year Experience in the field. (Edtech experience is preferred.)
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Lead Squared and HubSpot.
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
