What You'll Bring:
You will assist and lead activities related to the recent acquisition of companies, specifically related to diligence and integration.
You will be able to work with program/project managers and financial analysts to provide status updates on ongoing purchases related to the recently acquired company. This includes updating financial forecasts and capturing actuals. You will communicate any monthly/quarterly financial variance to recent forecasts.
You will capture meeting minutes and business notes from weekly touchpoints and update to collaboration spaces.
You will have a high level of competency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
You will have experience in project management and leading program efforts on a variety of scales – small to large initiatives.
You must be a critical thinker, excel in organizational skills, ability to challenge the status quo, comfort with asking probing questions and comfortable working with senior level leaders.
You will have a broad knowledge of a wide variety of technical disciplines – architecture, networking, server management, contracting, etc.
You will have a basic understanding vendor of contracts and the procurement process.
Execution & Collaboration:
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to deliver results by collaborating with the team members, and adjust priorities as required.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as having strong presentation skills to communicate with senior IT leadership.
