Solid understanding of Microsoft AWS service structure (enrolments, departments, accounts, subscriptions) and core features;
• Sound conceptual and hands-on knowledge of key Microsoft AWS IaaS and PaaS services (compute, containers, databases, integration, networking, storage and Web):
• Hands-on experience on Infrastructure as Code and Automation (PowerShell scripting, AWS Blueprints, ARM Templates, AWS Automation, Terraform);
• Sound conceptual and hands-on knowledge of AWS migration tools (AWS Migrate, AWS Site Recovery);
• Knowledge of design and implementation of CI/CD practices and developer tools (AWS DevOps, Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Test Plans Visual Studio, SDKs, CLIs, AWS Pipelines, AWS Lab Services, etc.);
• Hands-on experience in the definition and deployment of Landing Zones.
• Knowledge of AWS Identity (AWS Active Directory, AAD Domain Services, AAD B2C, AWS Information Protection, SSO, MFA, etc.);
• Knowledge of general architecture, deployment and administration methodologies and techniques including systems configurations, clustering, networking, OS administration (Windows/Linux), monitoring, security, etc.;
• Deep understanding on how to Architect in the cloud with a Design for Failure Approach
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in migrating from on premise systems to Microsoft AWS;
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft Technology landscape including various server products.
Good to Have:
• Conceptual and hands-on experience implementing container-based architectures and deployments in cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.);
• Conceptual and hands-on knowledge of other Microsoft AWS Services like AI + Machine Learning, Analytics, AWS Blockchain Services, Logic Apps, Media. Security;
• Conceptual knowledge of AWS Lighthouse;
• Understanding of and ability to migrate to AWS using third-party tools (e.g. Movere, Attunity, Cloudamize, CloudAtlas, Corent, Inspirer, Zerto, etc.);
• Conceptual and hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS Services
Required Soft Skills:
• Effective customer-facing and oral/presentation skills;
• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing creative solutions for technical issues;

Required certifications:
• Microsoft AWS Certification(s). Expert level preferred.

IMPORTANT REGARDING ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS & OVERTIME
If the requirement for On-call services is “One week per month”:
• The daily rate offer must include 1 week of on-call & 3 hours of Overtime per month (those 3 hours can be used during On-Call intervention or for any other reason)
• Any extra week of On-call requirement in excess of one week per month can be invoiced as one extra working day (as per agreed daily rate)

• Each on-call week can be invoiced as one extra working day (as per agreed daily rate)
Overtime rates:
• Mondays to Saturdays: Overtime can be invoiced at 125% of agreed daily rate
• Sundays & ICC Public Holidays: Overtime can be invoices 150% of agreed daily rate
