HCM Manage
Years of Experience: 3-12 Years
- Support Infrastructure related troubleshooting and resolve issues
- Willingness to support in rotational 24/7 shifts if need be
- Background in Linux/Unix/Windows system administration
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support (ticketing systems)
- Strong experience in supporting external customers (customer centric approach)
- Strong communication skills, fluent English
- Experience in network and security field
- 4+ years experience Public cloud platform experience, in Red Hat cloud platform
- Knowledge on containers, host automation and operating systems
- Experience in solution architecture design
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting
- Solid skills in Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar)
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies
