Head Information Security & Risk - General Manager (Hindalco)

Business: Hindalco (Metals)

Key Accountabilities:  

IT security Architecture and Posture

• Acts as a SME for IT security overall architecture across verticals / areas and risk vector

• Works closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation / support partners, and consultants

• Partners with key strategic IT Security experts and solutions partners for small and large scale engagements to help develop the target posture

• Owns & manages the security configuration and setup & periodic assessment and further improvements

IT Security Operational & Maintenance Support

• Supports CIO in managing organization wide Security posture inputs, compliance & governance, communications and change management

• Ensures continuous optimization & exploitation of invested technology and practices

• Accountable for all process definitions, guidelines and related policy documents.

People Management: Ensures capability development for the team through performance management, training, and mentoring to drive high performance and engagement and enable achievement of current and future business needs

Role reports into: Chief Digital Officer  

Educational Requirement: B.Tech/B.E. (IT)

Years of Experience: 15 years
