Specialist - Software Development Engineering

Should have very good Hands on knowledge on Mainframe application Development using Cobol, Db2 and CICS , JCL and VSAM.
Should have knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Business workflow

Should have Experience in client interactions, understanding the requirements and explaining the technical workflow

Working experience on tools like File Manager, Fault Analyzer, CA7 and its commands ,etc.
Should have good analytical and communication skills to work with client stakeholders and offshore /onshore delivery teams.

Should have worked /should be aware working on Agile delivery framework
