- 3 -5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Development.
- Should have worked minimum 1year on IT requirements- Java developers, QA Testing, Devops , Automation Engineer, etc.- across levels.
- Experience in sourcing through different modes- Job portals, social media, linked in, head hunting, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player and self – motivated.
- Pleasant personality and strong negotiating skills.
