About the job

Job Overview:

Looking for an experience Bid Management professional with an operational / delivery background and good knowledge of having led transformational bids with at least 5+ years of experience managing medium to large bids for Healthcare Provider industry in US.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly run the bid management process across the Healthcare Provider industry vertical for US geography
  • Develops the project plan, engages the appropriate people, utilizes the right resources, in addition to providing continuous leadership to the pursuit team
  • Drives the development of the solution, proposal, and deliverables to satisfy the client's business and technical requirements
  • Provides hands-on management of the entire deal life cycle
  • Project manages timely responses to RFI / RFP ensuring a high standard of the response
  • SPOC for all bid related activities; coordinates across cross functional areas and multiple stakeholders
  • Responsible for content curation / development to all the RFX sections
  • Structured and timely communication on bid progress
  • Coordinate with identified external consultants (as and when required),  involve legal team on T&C’s and MSAs and work with visual aid specialists for visual enhancements of the proposal response / presentations
  • Identify show stoppers / roadblocks and tricky questions upfront
  • Take ownership and promote internal automated proposal management tool - firstBid
  • Work closely with the business transformation office / DECC teams to articulate our digital offerings, analytics, process re-engineering and intelligent automation capabilities in the proposals
  • Understanding of the pricing models
  • Willing to support US business hours

Domain Expertise:

  • Deep understanding on US Healthcare Provider industry
  • Specific knowledge of Eligibility, Enrolment, Receivables Management, Claims and Membership, spanning across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid LOBs
  • Good understanding of end to end claims value chain, spanning across claims intake to pay out.
  • Good understanding of Appeals and Grievances functions

 

Location: Bangalore preferable / open to any other city in India – if we don’t find a Bangalore based candidate

Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable):

  • Under graduate / Post graduate with any discipline from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B schools
  • APMP Certification – good to have
