Job Role : Chief Manager / Assistant General Manager - Financial Planning & Analytics

Context & Role: 

Purpose: 

Work closely with various Sales teams across the company to proactively provide financial insights, driver-based variance analysis. Responsible for producing time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management

Knowledge and skills desired:

• Expertise in financial modelling
• Strong competency in MS office (Access, Power point and Excel)
• Relevant knowledge of accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and publish annual business plan as per timelines.
• Drive and support the achievement of business plans and forecasts
• Deliver incisive and timely reporting of financial and operational results
• Drive review meetings of Business heads and CDO
• Evaluate business cases on case-to-case basis
• Monthly Key business indicator reporting
• Board performance deck
• Shareholder’s reporting
• Other ad hoc analysis on ongoing basis

Measures of Performance:

• Accurate and timely reporting

Required qualifications and experience:

Qualifications:

• CA / MBA with 8-10 years of experience preferably in the insurance/ financial sector
