  2. WeAce Select- Coach Protégé Program through WeAce Select: The Coach Protégé programs are targeted towards girls from high schools through the college as well as working professionals who are at the commencement of their career. In these programs, a highly qualified professional acts as a Coach, and helps with preparation for the functioning of various roles in the Tech industry along with having the right attitude and mindset in order to succeed more. These Coaches also helps them with Career Counseling to ease off any kind of confusions or fears they might have while moving forward in the STEM sector.
  3. Girls Rising in Technology Scholarship Program: According to the Sixth Economic Census released by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, women constituted 14% of the total entrepreneurship. In 2018, women-led companies accounted for just 15% of the total funding deals in the start-up ecosystem. We believe women owned and women-led initial start-ups need backers. Thus, each year GRIT provides funding to Women Entrepreneurs along with scholarships to meritorious girls. WeAce provided scholarships worth INR 30,00,000/- to 12 meritorious girls to pursue engineering from India’s top engineering institutes - IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, IIT Chennai and IIT Roorkee.
