Leadership has little to do with gender. But it can’t be ignored that women are unique in the way they can lead and contribute in positions of influence. With a deep understanding of their unique leadership style and their perception as a leader, they can reveal and leverage their most authentic, effective leadership qualities.
We understand the set of challenges that women face when progressing into senior leadership positions, including unconscious bias, a scarcity of role models, and a peer group that continually shrinks the more senior they become. Women executives rarely have an opportunity to come together and share their leadership experiences in a learning environment that has direct relevance and personal impact.
Evolve 2.0 is designed to create just this environment. It addresses leadership issues that affect all executives, in a forum that hones in on the unique challenges women encounter. It creates a network of today’s senior women leaders, empowering them to take hold of their careers and aim for the top.
Evolve is an experiential and immersive 3-day Workshop based on Our 7C and BEAMS Framework.
The Women leaders will have an opportunity to be Coached by renowned leadership and executive coaches. It will also give the women leaders an opportunity to build a Peer support network of women who can be sponsors for other fellows.

The 3-day leadership lab for CXO aspirant women is designed on our highly effective frameworks of 7C and BEAMS, the learnings of which are delivered through an experiential approach of Case Studies, Role Plays, Immersive Coaching, and Interactions with Industry Practitioners. It consists of interactive sessions & discussions with a group of aspiring women leaders, learning from their wins & misses and their challenges.
