Manisha Kohli - She is the Head of Partner Engineering at Google Cloud. As a Mentor to several Women in Technology, she is making a large impact by creating a diverse workforce in the Indian IT industry.

Lavanya Shrinagesh - She is the Global CSR and Diversity & Inclusion leader for Genpact. She actively leads programs that harness the energy and talent of employees for the economic, social, and environmental betterment of communities. As the D&I leader, she is involved in steering initiatives to create a gender balanced organization with 50% representation of women across all levels. 

Shuchika Sahay - She is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Firstsource. With experience across HR generalist roles and specialised roles in learning, talent & diversity, she has worked with organisations on an accelerated growth trajectory and built solutions at scale, & navigated complex matrix global organisations and galvanised cross-cultural teams to deliver outcomes.

Sarika Bhattacharya - She is the Founder & Board Member of BeyonDiversity, a purpose-driven social enterprise, which is now recognized as one of the Global Top 10 Diversity Consulting firms with 150+ organizations as clients. She is a recognized speaker in global forums, industry associations, and academic institutions on social innovation, inclusive leadership, gender issues, and entrepreneurship.
