The global percentage of women employment is just over 50%. The amount of partiality, bias and humiliation women gain still hasn’t changed in the modern era of the 21st century.
Throughout the session, there will be an abundant focus on unconscious bias, cultural dexterity, and mindset, bringing out a positive change towards gender equity and men stepping up to own the statement “Male Ally”. Every little initiative you take counts.
