Sonali served as a faculty member at the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University, from August 2018 to August 2020. As Chief Advisor-Strategic Alliances at Board Infinity, Sonali contributed to the startup’s growth from January to August 2018. Sonali heads external relations for the Executive Education Vertical at IMT Ghaziabad. For the PGDM Executive program, a 15-month full-time course for those with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, Sonali manages industry connections and placements. Additionally, she is involved in the PGPM part-time PGDM course that runs over 2.5 years.

Sonali has nearly 7 years of experience in external relations and career advisory services at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. She specialized in industry integration, placements, internships, and corporate engagement for MBA programs, while also overseeing branding, PR, and alumni relations.
