What it takes for Women to Reach CXO Roles

The journey of a woman up the corporate ladder is an arduous one. Only 6.4% of Fortune 500 companies are run by female CEOs, and any change in this trend has been slow. Korn Ferry was provided with a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation to research and ideate a strategy to address the issue of creating a strong pipeline of Women CEOs as a part of their 100 x 25 initiative i.e, pushing for 100 Fortune 500 companies to be led by women CEOs by 2025.
