After working for the last 28 years he has found my purpose to help as many people identify what their talent is and guide them to match this with meaningful work. Nils helps organisations like flydubai identify the best methods to do so using the latest recruitment technology, identify new sourcing channels, internship programs, data analytics and strategies.

Navila Amin is the Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at e&. She is a senior HR Leader with a proven ability for creating and deploying HR strategies, policies and processes to support organisational growth and drive a positive, engaged, employee-centric culture. Navila has a genuine passion for ongoing professional development, and undertook Strategic Director of Professional Development & Inclusion Board position at the UK International Coaching Federation; utilising expert knowledge to design an inaugural development series and collaborating with Coaches to deliver a unique and diverse learning experience.
