When we expand our understanding of leadership beyond gender, we open up the possibility of having a more diverse and inclusive leadership team. This can lead to better decision-making, as we have individuals with different life experiences, perspectives, and approaches to problem-solving. It can also create a more welcoming and supportive workplace culture, where employees feel valued and empowered, regardless of their gender identity.

For this edition we have Elvira Eilert Pignal, Chief Operating Officer, Teneo Strategies and Communications joining us from Paris to take us through her own leadership journey and highlight how limiting gender stereotypes can be.
