Description

Progress towards female equality in senior leadership is accelerated when men act as allies. The idea of the session is to share knowledge on how people can practise allyship and identify male allies who can support women in the career journey. 

The panel will tie in personal experiences to inspire and explain the role of male allyship in holistic diversity efforts.  

Amarjeet is based out of EMA's Dubai office overseeing operations there and is also part of the Industrial, Real Estate, Technology, FMCG,Retail Practice in Asia and GCC. He has been deeply involved in adding significant value to domestic and international searches across the sectors of FMCG ,Retail,Consumer Services ,Real Estate,Alc-Bev, Oil and Gas, Natural sources & Energy and Outsourcing sectors.
 

Ganesh is CHRO for Emeritus & Eruditus. They are on a mission to make High Quality Education, from the best of Global Tech and B Schools accessible & affordable across the globe- In 5 Languages (English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic and Portuguese), impacting 250,000 lives across 120 countries! He has close to 20 Years of rich experience in managing & setting up Global teams, Start-ups, setting up Analytics & Innovation labs and Driving Cultural Transformation initiatives across geographies.

Yoshita is an NLP Practictioner & Personal Change specialist certified by the ABNLP. She has been a sales and marketing professional for 12 years, with some of the best-in-class organizations such as Coca-Cola, Dabur and Ranbaxy. Her last marketing assignment was running the rapidly growing and highly profitable OTC portfolio of Volini (INR 100cr+).
