WeAce has designed this diagnostic assessment to facilitate the journey of self-improvement. This is a comprehensive assessment which covers various aspects of managerial / leadership styles. The assessment aims to provide valuable insights into your strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. By understanding these areas more deeply, you will be better equipped to lead teams.

Be rest assured that your responses will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of your development. You are advised to be true to yourself, while rating.

Note: This consists of multiple questions on which you have to rate yourself on a 5 point rating scale, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.

There are 12 sections and each section has 8 questions, so there are 96 questions and it would take you approx 30 mins to answer all. It is advised to complete in one go.
