Boardrooms can be a difficult territory to navigate. Especially for women, who are often a minority in such rooms. This session aims to equip aspirants and members with tips from how to discover opportunities to be on boards to putting your points forward successfully during board meetings.

We are joined by Srikanth Velmakanni, Founder and Group CEO, Fractal Analytics. Srikanth co-founded Fractal in 2000. In his role as Group Chief Executive, he leads the Fractal group of companies and is focused on securing the long-term future of the business. He is a member of boards of various institutions ranging from established organisations like NASSCOM to up and coming tech startups and educational institutions.
