We are joined by Annastasia Karen Raj, Head of Talent Acquisition at Al-Futtaim and Jaskiran Mehta, Head of Training and Development at WeAce for this conversation.

Jaskiran is a training expert with over 10 years of experience and has been heading the Training and Development vertical at WeAce since its inception. 

Annastasia is an Olympian, the only female athlete to qualify and represent Malaysia in the 1996 Olympics. She has broken the national record for 13 times, and was awarded Olympian of the Year by the King of Malaysia in 1996. She also has over 21 years of experience with in Human Resources, and specialises in aligning HR strategy to emerging business needs and trends.
