Adwaita Nayar is an entrepreneur and CEO of Nykaa Fashion Brand. She had an incredible opportunity, as a co-founder, to see the firm from its conception till it became a name that we all know and love.

She spent her first years juggling the challenges of fundraising, marketing, providing excellent customer service, and expanding the actual retail space from 5 to 35. She laid the groundwork for the methods and technologies that are still in use today by being in charge of the eCommerce company's operations, technology, and marketing.

She successfully constructed a platform that is built on the pillars of discovery and convenience when she launched Nykaa Fashion in 2018, a curation-driven lifestyle destination, to fill gaps in the options accessible to consumers.
