This is a half-day program for a batch size of 30 professionals

Men as Allies workshop is a program designed to engage men in creating a more inclusive workplace. This workshop aims to help male professionals understand the challenges faced by female employees and develop strategies for becoming better allies.

The workshop provides a safe space for men to have open and honest conversations about challenges and areas of improvement to make a more inclusive workplace.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify how men and women are conditioned to take up certain roles in any situations
  2. Understand one’s subconscious biases through the seeds model
  3. Awareness of the challenges women & men have in the workplace
  4. Understanding the importance of male allies in the life of a women leader
  5. Understanding & learning how to use the ALLIES framework
