Jaskiran Mehta is an Experienced training Professional with 23 years of experience working across the globe managing various assignments in Africa, Middle East, South Asia besides India. She has deep experience across the Training Ecosystem with having lead teams in Solution Design, Delivery, process transitions and knowledge transfer.
She worked in leadership positions in India at Vertex, Aegis and ISON before moving to Africa and starting her consultancy work there and successfully designed and managed training operations spread over 7 countries Pan Africa. Throughout her career, she has focused on converting training functions from a traditional cost centre into a profit centre, developing and executing strategies to enable the transition.
Jaskiran is extremely passionate about creating inclusive work cultures and currently works at We- ACE, a global platform focused on engaging, enabling, and employing women. A returnee woman herself, at We- ACE she is responsible for Wocademy- a capability building academy for women.
A management graduate from IMI New Delhi, specializing in Marketing. She has studied Psychology from Delhi university.
