Rakhesh is a result-proven professional with more than 28 years of experience in the areas of establishing and managing centre of excellence, leadership coaching & facilitation, commercial excellence, learning and development, training strategies, sales force effectiveness, sales force automation. He has worked as Director-One Novartis Alliance Management Office with Global Alliance Management, Novartis Health Care Pvt Ltd.

Rakhesh has expertise & in depth understanding of Function setups, Team management & Alliance management. Adept at Corporate & Leadership Workshops facilitation, Coaching & mentoring at Global landscape. He has hands on experience of Virtual Trainings, Sales Force Effectiveness & Sales Force Automation. I am a certified Novartis Global Trainer (M1) & 360 Coach, with external certifications as Trainer & Facilitator. Designated person to setup CoE for Global Alliance Management team & an active member of India learning council, he was also associated with Sandoz APAC region as SPARK trainer (master trainer).
